Quick caliber changes
With the XCR-M, it’s easy to change calibers or barrel length with our patented quick-change barrel mechanism. To change calibers or barrel length, all you must do is change the barrel, which takes less than 3 minutes.
Better yet, you won’t need to re-zero your XCR each time you change the barrel. If you zero your XCR for each barrel and write down the sight settings for each barrel, you will still be zeroed if you remove and replace a barrel and go back to the sight settings for that barrel.

6.5 Creedmoor is an amazing cartridge. The 6.5 projectiles have a higher ballistic coefficient, meaning they retain velocity better and are less affected by wind.
The result is a flatter trajectory and less wind drift, making it easier to hit targets at long range. The round is known to shoot well past 1000 yards.

The recoil of 6.5 Creedmoor is noticeably less than that of .308. With the XCR, the recoil can be reduced even more by setting the gas to the proper setting for any given ammunition.
